4 MAIN THINGS ABOUT GETTING FULLY FUNDED (for NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS):--

1)    PASSION :--

         You must be highly passionate about your Non-profit organisation and its fund-raising activities.Passion is highly contagious. If you are passionate, your team also will be passionate about it.
2)    STRONG LEADERSHIP :--
    ================
     Your leadership should be committed and strong. You should be able to create a solid team of leaders.
3)    COMPELLING MISSION :--
   =================
         Your mission should be compelling and a Driving Force for you. You need to learn how to talk about it in the right way.
         You must be able to tell the potential Donors in a precise manner, what exactly your organization does and how exactly their Donation CAN HELP CHANGE LIVES OF SO MANY PEOPLE AROUND. Also tell them how your organization uses the Funds acquired, to reach and help maximum number of people and How, with their Funds and your hardwork, your organization can work wonders by supporting so many people.
4)    DONOR-BASED FUNDRAISING :--
   ======================
        Now this is a MUST. The Donors involved with your organization aren’t ATM machines. They are your Partners. They are there because they CARE about your work and for the upliftment of your organization. You should honour and respect your Donors.

       If you have no regular and big donors then your organization will not have big funds to operate. Hence it is very essential to have Regular Donors who keep donating funds at a regular interval of time. Here rises the question,”How to attract such Regular and Big Donors ?”,“How to build our Donor-base?” 
       Lets find ways which can attract donors to your organization. Three things are important here. 1) You should be able to tell your story about the urgency of helping your targeted Group of people ( what needs to be done urgently about them ) to your Donor in such a manner that it MOVES THEIR HEARTS.
2) You should be very clear in your goals and Objectives. The more clear you are with reference to your Goals and what you want to do, the more are the chances of attracting funds from potential donors.
3) You should also know which type of Donor to select for which kind of charity
work. For example, if you ask a Donor interested in only health related charity work, to donate for books for poor children, then it won't help. You must go and approach only those interested in donating for educational activities for this.
